Why Co-Host with us?

✨ We believe in quality not quantity, having a lot of homes is great! But servicing them is what is important. Each home with us gets the attention it deserves. We are in no rush to go from one house to the next, we are making sure the home is maintained, cleaned, and 5 stars.

Our clean inspection starts as soon as we come into the home!

-Check each room drawers, floors, lights, bedding etc. to make sure nothing was left behind, any damanges and to give accurate report of home after stay.

- Each clean we start top to bottom, one deep clean a month and turn cleans thru out the month. Making sure all bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, closets are organized and sanitized.

-Linens for each home are labeled if provided by owner, or provided by our team, using fresh white towels and sheets. They are washed on or off site.

- Kitchen gets disinfected, deodorized and cleaned out. This includes putting dishes away and setting up guest friendly supply for stay.

-floors are swept, vacuumed and mopped.

-final check is done to make sure all areas of the home have been clean properly top to bottom, pictures taken to ensure quality and reset have been done properly.

After 8 years of doing cleans, seeing the growth vacation homes have had in vacation homes, Airbnb, and VRBO, we have decided that we want to do more, and help our customers, hosts and guest have one less thing to worry about, and give those little extra touches to each home, that makes them so memorable. We believe the little details go a long way with each guest. We believe in taking our time, and do a job well done. We work closely with each host, to make the home a dream come true, and set it up for success.
