Happy Saturday! As we head into mid September, post Labor Day and Poker Run, many think of "Lake season" as over. As locals, we would have to disagree and find that this is our favorite time of year to enjoy the water and encourage you to come visit us soon! The cooler days and peaceful evenings on the water are breathtaking!

We wanted to introduce ourselves in case you are new to Lake Cumberland Vacation Rentals. We are Jared and Leslie Popplewell, owners/managers of all of our properties. Lake Cumberland is HOME for us and we are blessed to be apart of your travels... sharing a little bit of our heaven with you. We have been in the short term rental business for almost 8 years and love providing all of the comforts of home while you are on vacation! All of our properties are minutes from Jamestown Resort and Marina.

Jared...well he is the details guy and the one who keeps everything up and running! You are sure to see him upon checking in or out as he stops by to make sure all is suitable for your needs. We have met so many amazing guests over the past 8 years that have become friends. We are looking forward to meeting many more!!

Spend some time on the lake enjoying the views and relaxing tide. For a limited time, we are offering a two-day boat rental for a flat rate of $600. Book two weekdays with one of our boats at Safe Harbor Burnside and only pay this flat rate plus fuel. You can have the boats all day up until returning them at 5pm and do it all again the next day!

We are the Popplewells and live in Russell Springs, KY with our two kiddos who keep us busy running!
