❄️🏰 Are visiting Disney in the winter months? You can see Pandora at night! Disney Imagineers were REALLY showing off when they added all this beauty just to be seen when the sun has gone down. 🌙✨ Nighttime in this land is one of my favorite Disney experiences and maybe because it is such a rare sight. 🌌🌿 Who else has been lucky enough to time a trip that was in sync with these shorter, darker days? What did you think?

🫨🌳🦒 When visiting Animal Kingdom, guests really do have to keep their head on a swivel. There are nooks and paths everywhere that are easy to miss if you are lost in your phone and not present in the moment. 🚂 One of the biggest treats is the Wildlife Express Train over to Conservation Station. Not only is there a petting zoo and the property veterinary center but guests of all ages can take an actual animation class to learn how to draw characters 🎨✍️ (for FREE!) Not the camping type? Trust me, this is NOT ROUGHING IT 🏕️. Have you taken a look at the new cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground yet? Scroll through these pics! 📸 You may decide you are a camper after all. There is room for 6, a full kitchen with all the gadgets you need 🍳, bunk beds 🛏️, and two separate bathroom sinks 🚰. All this tucked away in the cozy Wilderness woods 🌲 just a boat ride away from Magic Kingdom 🚤.

✨💭✨ Let’s daydream for a quick sec... The air is filled with the combined aroma of fresh popcorn 🍿 and peppermint, 🎶holiday music is playing as you make your way through the parks surrounded by twinkling lights, festive decor ☃️, and of course ALL the seasonal snacks🧁! Boy, does that iconic 🏰 Disneyland charm hit just a bit different (in the best way) from Walt Disney World at the holidays. There’s just something about Christmastime that makes our hearts ache a little for the past, and Disneyland somehow (magically) exudes an air of nostalgia while simultaneously feeling brand new! ✨

If you’ve been thinking about making the trek out west to see Walt’s original park, there’s no better time than the holiday season 🌟. Festivities kick off today, but it’s never too early to start dreaming about (and planning) for next year! At Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe, children can write and mail letters to Santa Claus! Everything needed—paper, crayons, and a mailbox—is provided ✏️📬. This is one of those touches that just makes a person fall in love with the Disney magic! ✨

If you’re a parent or grandparent, you know how incredibly fast these years fly by ❤️. When they handwrite that letter, believing with all their hearts… aaaaah…that’s a memory you’ll hold onto forever! Take all the pictures! 📸 Who grew up writing to Santa? 🎅✨
