Find your calm. Here is 30 seconds of zen for you. This morning, we stumbled upon a hidden gem - a secluded bay near our condo, discovered during our morning stroll.

Snorkel day is one of my favorite days of vacation. Today was the first time I've ever seen a turtle, he swam RIGHTNEXTTOME and startled me, but I got him on video! So amazing.

Soooo.....my daughter and I did a crazy cool thing: snorkeled with Manta Rays! When we were done, she told me that sharks are next and when I said, "Honey, I don't really want to do that", she replied, "MOM. You're (bleepety-bleep) years old. Isn't it about time for your mid-life crisis? Let's do the sharks!!" CHILD. WHAT?! Grrr...she knows what buttons to push. We'll probably end up doing the sharks. SMH. These Mantas are specific to the Big Island of Hawaii and don't migrate or travel anywhere. A guided tour generally runs about $130/person and others can ride in the boat for about $100 if they want to tag along, but don't want to get in the water with these amazing, graceful creatures.
