Bright, airy end unit with vaulted ceilings in living area, kitchen and bedrooms. There are two porches, an open rear deck accessible by both the living room and bedroom, and a covered front porch just off the kitchen. Located just a few step

s to your assigned parking space and community pool. We are in walking distance to all of the action of Duvall Street, as well as the beautiful Fort Zachary beach. We offer 2 complementary bicycles so you can explore our beautiful island! Pets are allowed with monthly rentals only, this is per our HOA guidelines. We have a 7 night minimum per licensing requirements.
