Kahanu Garden in Hana is home to the the imposing Piʻilanihale Heiau, believed to be the largest ancient structure in Polynesia. Construction began in the 13th century and took over 300 years to complete. If you are interested in Hawaiian history, culture, and native plants - this is well worth your time. Allow 1-hour.
