Swift Family Farm

We are a small family farm located on the Eastern Plains of Colorado. We are just getting started on our little farming adventure and are learning as we go! We are not open to the public, but always love visitors by appointment only. We have always dreamed of owning our own hobby farm and living a more self sustainable lifestyle. ttle farm bit by bit. The idea for the farm project began as a way to get away from the suburrban life we had known, to learn to live in a much more self-sufficient and sustainable way, and to see just how much we could do for ourselves and on our own. We have had a busy first year and learned to raise baby chicks and poults into entertaining, sweet chickens and turkey's (for organic eggs and meat ), to raise beautiful Angora fiber rabbits and our fun & cute show quality Holland Lops. We look forward to continuing to grow our family hobby and this year we will be adding Nubian Goats for Milk and Babydoll Southdown Sheep for Fiber, not to mention our large Organic Garden for fresh produce!
