So as most of you might know not long after I launched this page and started my path down the overnight rental road I was approached and subsequently bought Hickory Cabin Restaurant! That was always one of my dreams so I couldn’t say no! That in turn brought my overnight rental endeavor to a screeching halt! I still manage the condo in Pigeon Forge for some great clients and it does amazing! We are gonna be renting a home in Florida we purchased recently as well now! I will be posting pics of it soon and will hopefully have it ready to rent in the next 30 days! It’s a little north of Clearwater away from all the traffic but still only a short drive to the beaches and all the cool things in that area! We can’t wait to share our beach home with you guys that enjoy that area! Hello friends and family! I am launching a new venture here in my hometown! Along with our real estate business we will also be managing overnight vacation rentals in the area as well! I will not being competing with the larger companies in the area, nor do I want to. I want to focus more on quality than quantity! I want the owners to be able to relax knowing their property is being well maintained and managed! I also want the guest to know they are being well taken care of and are comfortable and enjoy their visit here to this area we call home!
