Ever wondered what it looks like training for a 10k with two kids under 5? 😅🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🚲 Let’s face it. Training for a 10k with kids isn’t always the most effective way to train. But for us, it’s often the only way we can. We like to go to different parks and various terrains around our area to keep it interesting but also feasible for our boys to do on their bikes (or little legs!). 🥹👟👟Today was a picturesque spring day for a run with the perfect ratio of sun to wind and we enjoyed the time together. Race training days like these are family days and we help each other along in each of our different struggles. 😅😮‍💨My husband and I take turns keeping the kids’ pace with them while the other runs ahead to get their personal pace in.
