Holland America’s Volendam - she is indeed a beautiful ship! Of course you can look at photos to see her beauty, but to see it in person shines a whole new light! Please take the time to look at the photos I took today then reach out to me and we’ll book your cruise so you can see it yourself.
I would like to highlight one feature that I think is pretty cool! The swimming pool has a retractable roof!!!! They can open it when the weather is nice - but they can close it when the weather is not that great so guests can still enjoy the pool! This feature is especially nice for cruises sailing to Alaska!

WE DID IT! A new Voyages and Adventures Group Cruise!!!!! On July 6, 2025 for 7 glorious days, the Norwegian Encore will be sailing Round Trip from Seattle to ALASKA!
She departs Seattle on July 6th and spends the first full day at Sea. After a fun filled Sea Day she visits Juneau and then the following day she takes you to Skagway. Day four offers an amazing “scenic” sailing into Glacier Bay where your breath will be taken away. When Flying To Your Port of Embarkation, ALWAYS Fly Out At Least One Day Early!! *Remember that airports are always extremely busy on Cruise days! People coming from all over the world to meet their ships. Remember that most often, your ship is NOT the only ship sailing from your port. Transportation from the airport to the ship can be difficult to secure on Cruise days. *When making flight reservations on your own and flying out the same day - be sure to know what time your ship sails and know that you must be on the ship at least 2 hours prior to sail away. Fly out a day early to avoid the mad dash from the airport to ship! *Fly out at least one day early, spend a relaxing evening in a local hotel - wake up refreshed and walk calmly onto the ship! *Weather is not the only cause for delays in flights. Computer glitches - employee strikes - unexpected air traffic - there are millions of reasons why flights are delayed all year round. Fly out a day early to reduce the stress and worries about being to the ship on time or having delays cause you to miss your ship. *Many of the ports are exciting in themselves! Start your vacation early and take a day or two to explore your port of embarkation! When at all possible, Fly out at least one day early - you will be glad you did!
