The Loony Bin is located on the quiet northern end of Lake Winnisquam in Laconia NH. ( about 90 minutes from Boston) We are only 15 minutes from Gunstock Mountain and less than an hour to Loon Mountain! The main house has over 4500 sf, 3 and 1/2 baths, 4 bedrooms, and can sleep up to 15 people comfortably. The seasonal guest cottage is 1000 sf has 2 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths. Canoes and kaya

ks are available for your use. There is great fishing, crystal clear waters for swimming, a deep water swimplatform, and multiple fireplaces. Ski boats and pontoon boats can be rented by the day or week and kept tied up to our waterfront dock for the length of your visit. Cook s'mores at the waterfront firepit or under the cover of the outdoor fireplace on rainy days. There is plenty of outdoor seating and indoor places to lounge around and relax, play one of our many games - including lawn games - or just read a book. Rates:

$3,000 for Sun pm - Fri am weekday rental

Just putting a feeler out....i have an empty house ( no furniture) on lake Winnisquam that will sit all summer until we start a new build. Would anyone be interested in renting it for a week or two this summer at $500 a week? enough to cover electric, cleaning, etc...

It would be like camping inside with a stove, fridge, hot shower, etc... ( no tv or internet)

let me know if you want to spend a week on the lake for super cheap...i also have some kayaks I can bring up for you to use while there...
