Billy Blue Eye was created in 2007 and grew out of a personal love for stoneware, ceramics and fine art. Armed with a desire to bring quality vintage and antique items to the public, Billy Blue Eye carries a wide variety of vases, figurines, candle holders, serving pieces and decorative objects. We attempt to not only offer works from the major American pottery companies but also to carry a number
of selections from Canadian, Australian and European companies as well. The majority, about 75% of the items, are vintage works that range from the early 1910’s to the late 1960’s. About 10% are true 100 years or older antiques and the remaining 15% newer works from the 70’s and 80’s. Billy Blue Eye carries a wide range of ceramics from the following companies:

Billy Blue Eye stands behind our product as authentic and takes great pride in researching and dating to the best of our ability each piece of pottery. Every item is tagged with its manufacturer’s name, the approximate date it was created and a retail value taken from current books, auction records and other resource materials. We sell only mint and excellent condition items with exceptions clearly identified and priced reflective of its condition. Although we do not have a storefront, we offer a Gallery or Antique Store experience to those that shop with us even though many times it is at a Flea Market or Street Fair. Monthly since August of 2007 we have set up our “gallery” at the Long Beach Antique & Collectible show on the third Sunday of each month. In addition we have also shown our collections at The Groves in Irvine, the Jamestown Vintage Flea Market in Tustin, the bi-annual Whittier Street Faire, the Del Mar Antique Show & Sale in Del Mar, CA and the Los Angeles Pottery Show in Pasadena, CA.
