The Hard Tack Mine brings the unique history of mining to life. Join us for underground mine tours, exhibits packed with mining history and machinery and a fantastic underground gift shop brimming with treasures.

The season has come to an end. Hard Tack Mine is closed for the season BUT if you have a group of 4 or more, you can make a reservation through the end of September by calling (940) 745-0607. Thank you for a great year!
