As I waited in line yesterday and watched as the lady in front of me did not have proper ID . It reminded me of the new laws going into effect in May. If you are using your Drivers license to travel on domestic flights you will have to make sure you have the new Real lD one. Most states have them now but not all so please check you won’t be able to travel with it and you will then need a passport instead. If yours has a star in the upper right corner you are good . Also passports have to be renewed 6 months before they expire. So don’t miss out.
