Picture Day: April 29 at Seasons Lakehouse

Below you will find the schedule for each team. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to make sure the team is all there on time. Please stay outside with the team underneath the awning until we call you in. There is limited space inside until the photographer is ready for you. Once the teams are allowed inside parents must stay outside, unless paying for a banner. We will have board members and parent volunteers inside to keep an eye on the kids. The picture will show from approximately the kids' thighs and up.

Absolutely NO CLEATS are allowed in the Lakehouse.

Please be courteous and respectful of the Lakehouse and the outdoor area. They allow us to use this facility and we would like to continue to have this opportunity to use it.

All photo ordering, other than banners, are done online. You will receive an order link after pictures are taken with the different poses and different background options. This link usually comes through within 24 hours of ordering, occasionally it takes longer. If you do not receive it by Friday morning please reach out to me with your correct email address, players name and team they are on.

Banners are available for purchase on this day only. They are $40, CASH or CHECK made out to LOFS Little League only, and you will receive a 2'x3' banner. The banners will be hung up at the fields unless otherwise noted on the bottom of the form.

If you have a conflict please reach out to me, we will have a make up date but it will likely be outdoors so you will not have the option of choosing your background.

Also we are looking for a few volunteers to help this evening. You can either work the full 4:45-7:45, or 4:45-6:15 or 6:15-7:45. This would count for receiving your volunteer deposit back. Please let me know if you are available.

⚾️Hey Little League Families! ⚾️
The time is finally here, this Saturday April 27th is OPENING DAY!!

Just a few reminders as we start off the season
**please share this information with any friends/family that will be attending**

Animals other than trained assistance dogs are NOT permitted at the fields at any time

Smoking is NOT permitted beyond the upper parking area. Once you enter the complex, we are smoke free for the safety of our players and visitors.

Parking is tricky each and every year, we do our best to work together with soccer and schedule games around each other. Please follow directions on posted signs. The lower parking lot has a small designated area for handicapped vehicle parking, these vehicles must be properly marked. There is to be NO ADDITIONAL PARKING in the lower lot, this includes by the TBall fields and maintenance garage, this area must stay accessible for emergency vehicles and specific LOFS workers.

We are having a Field Work Day this Saturday, April 13th, from 8 am to 2 pm at the Cleveland Park baseball fields in LOFS.

We have alot to get done and need your help! Please come any time that works for you. We may finish earlier or work later depending on the turnout. Please make sure to sign in.

Working at Field Day will qualify you to get your volunteer deposit back also. We hope to see you there!

Major Division Evaluations: Tonight, Tuesday, March 12 at Cleveland Park in LOFS. Check in at 5 PM and we will begin right after. Please make every effort to attend so that we may assemble teams fairly.

Please come prepared with gloves, protective cups, helmets, bats, drinks, spikes (molded plastic only) or gym shoes, etc. We will have helmets and bats available if you don't have these. We should be finished by 7 PM.

If you are coming from outside Lakes of the Four Seasons, you need to enter at the front entrance to the subdivision and let the people at the gate know where you are going. They can direct you to the Cleveland Park Fields from there.

If you have not been asked to attend, you will not be allowed in the gym. We need to keep the number of people inside limited.

Special Notes:
1) Players MUST WEAR GYM SHOES. Please DO NOT have them wear cleats.
2) Players should bring a water bottle along with their equipment. This includes gloves, bats, helmets, and protective cups. If they don't have a bat, they will be able to borrow one.
3) Players and League Officials will be the only ones allowed in the building during evaluations.
4) Please arrive early! We will begin early after most kids are checked in.

Instructional Division
Group 1 begins at 8:30 am. Registration begins at 8:15 am.
Group 2 begins at 9:30 am. Registration begins at 9:15 am.
If you requested for your T-ball player to be evaluated for this division, he/she must attend this evaluation.
