Today marks the 10-year anniversary of our journey from humble beginnings to tackling one of our biggest projects yet—working at the MSP airport! What started as small homeowner jobs has grown into something we only dreamed of building. We couldn’t have done it without the hard work of our team and the trust of our amazing suppliers, sub and GC partners, and Owners. Here’s to many more years of growth and success! Thank you for being part of this journey with us.

Another amazing project to be a part of with the Frerichs Construction team. The Quad E team performed the demolitions of the existing homes and structures and completed the earthwork. 16 sites, one project - Could not be more proud of the accomplishment of the team and the coordination that made this project happen.

Reaching new heights this week! When faced with a unique project to bid, we brought our field and office team together to brainstorm “how can we do this” efficiently and with limited access. Sometimes that answer comes reaching out to a new partner and thinking differently about the work we do. Thank you to the team at Loeffler Construction & Consulting for giving our idea a shot, VIC's Crane & Heavy Haul for educating, Demcon/Macs RollOff for changing plans on the “fly” 😉, Concrete Cutting and Coring for always being there for our sawcutting needs, and most importantly our amazing team that came together to think out side our box to successfully plan and execute this project.

Another example of how Quad E delivers on their mission of . It is about those that live, work, and utilize what we help build to enhance their futures.

Exciting Update! Construction at 628 E. Franklin is officially complete! This new housing development will offer affordable condos for 7 families in Minneapolis. We take pride in contributing to the community by constructing high-quality, affordable living spaces. A huge thank you to everyone involved in bringing this project to life!

#15 for the year! Feels like yesterday that we started the 1st. 15 demos and immediate dig backs later we are closing this part of the project and moving forward to backfills and site finishes (as soon as the weather cooperates that is)

Attended the Minnesota Construction Association Excellence Gala on Wed night. Fun night connecting with some of the best in the biz. Also came home with a surprise…Quad E was awarded the Subcontractor of the year! Truly a team award from the office to the field as well as all our amazing partners that we get the opportunity to work with and for everyday.

Demo day 1 in the books! Quad E is thrilled to be the Demo and Earthwork partner for the MPHA Scattered Site Project. Months of planning and prep have gone into this project by the Quad E Team. Today kicked off the the ex*****on phase that will deliver a demo a week for the next 15 weeks! This is the 1st of 16 properties that we will be taking down and then immediately rebuilding.
