Labor Day Weekend installation turned out beautiful on this recently remodeled deck in Crystal Valley Ranch. The customer was very happy with the end result and to have it right in time for the weekend bbq.

Fresh ornamental railing on a fresh deck. This single swing 16' driveway gate is one of a kind and with the help of the homeowner we are building this out to his specs where they'll never be an issue. Installed to swing inward as the grade increases. Up next will be additional structural support on the hinge side along with 2 additional posts on the latch side. Automation provided by American Armor Products out of Texas.

Wrapped up this interior job in Keene Ranch today now that schedules aligned with homeowners happy to be out with the old and in with a new updated look that matches their interior quite well. Bare steel finished in a durable clear coat always gives a unique look. Roughly 50' with most being stairways. Horizontal balusters are 3/8" round bar keeping it low profile which is even more perfect for exterior applications opening your field of view on your deck.

The 2 piece stand I built for Chillco drinks is now ready for them to use at Ball Arena and Mile High. The signage needed to slide in the framework and be removable with ease with no fasteners visible unlike other stands, plus the top portions separate from the base for ease of transportation given the overall height of 95". Finished in black for the framework and clear coat sheet steel for counter top. Custom built to specs and met an operational deadline for the very happy customer.

Another stairway gate wrapped up today. This time it was an exterior job on a large deck. These gates are also removable with the 2 piece barrel hinges I use which gives a great option for when it comes to moving items up and down the stairway and needing the gate out of your way completely.

I had zero room for error fabricating this 5' tall, 18' long custom steel tic tac grid which fit into a loft space that was not square and dimensions differed. It dropped right in and the homeowners loved it as it was exactly what they envisioned.

Today was a productive day wrapping up the custom monorail staircase in Denver and bringing relief to a client. We actually replaced an existing one another so called Fabricator put in place that was not only not code compliant, but flat out dangerous. Be careful who you choose when they say they can do the work. Go with professionalism and experience, not just big talk and cheaper prices. I will note, the GC for this remodel asked if I could move the bottom railing post to the next to last tread, so I built as requested when typically it would rest on the nose of the last tread. And, the opening next to the stairway will be framed out and closed up.

Update on the 14' single swing driveway gate complete with the automation, Bluetooth capable, solar powered Apollo opener we installed. No sag, heavy duty and built to last a lifetime.

Working on 30' of exterior custom steel railing on a newly constructed home in Perry Park. More to do on the front of the home once the front entry is complete.

Today was a wrap for the Adaman Alley rail job in downtown COS. 83' of rail with 1" woven wire panels framed in using 1"×1" angle iron and 2" square tube posts and frame.

I could not be happier with these 2 builds after doing a season/test burn this afternoon. Thanks Mr Helton!
