When you call Vegas Balloon Rides it is mostly likely Amy who you will talk to. Amy made her home in Las Vegas in 1994 and here with VBR in 2020. From retail to hospitality Amy has been in customer service in 1991. When she's not in the office making it run smoothly she's in the kitchen creating magic.

Meet the pilot: Jean-François "Jeff"

Our French-born pilot comes from a ballooning family and experienced his first flight at only 3 years old. After being part of the 2008 Hot Air Balloon World Champion Team, he decided to fly balloons all over the world. Known for his flights above the Alps, the African Savanna, or the European forests, Jeff settled in the Mojave Desert where he has been our lead pilot since 2019 and is now one of the owners of the company.

Meet the pilot: Matt

You can say that ballooning runs in his blood. Matt’s dad, uncle and cousin are all balloon pilots. Matt is very passionate about flying and if a flight is cancelled he is probably more disappointed than his passengers. He loves spending his mornings in the air and sharing what he loves with people. He has flown balloons in 15 states and in Taiwan. Of all the places he has flown Dandridge, TN is his favorite place to fly so far.
