The Signature MGM is an all suites hotel, meaning all rooms have full kitchenettes with a stove, microwave, sink, and fridge. They come with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a sitting and dining area. The rooms are larger than your typical room on the strip. The bathroom has a separate shower and jetted tub. MGM manages the building, but each unit is individually owned. Some owners use mgm to rent it and others use a property manager or other platforms (booking direct through an owner is usually the lowest price). Regardless of how you book, you will check in at the front desk just like all the other mgm properties. The fees and what’s included may vary, so make sure you read the description and compare total price (we charge a flat cleaning fee but no daily resort fees, saving you money). Rooms booked through MGM usually do not have any kitchen supplies, but we stock our kitchen with dishes, drink glasses, cookware, and other kitchen essentials. The Signature MGM is connected to the MGM Grand through an indoor hallway. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the casino gaming floor in the MGM Grand (via indoor hallway). It is 5-7 minutes from the Signature to the monorail station in mgm. The walk to the MGM Grand food court and restaurants in the district area would be about 5-7 minutes. You can also exit on Harmon and enter the miracle mile shops and planet Hollywood within a 7-10 walk if you go west. The Signature has 3 pools, but guests also get to use the mgm grand pool complex and lazy river, which is one of the best pools on the strip. The Signature has a Starbucks, Delights Cafe, and a Lounge/Bar. Each tower has its own lobby and free valet parking, which makes it nice and convenient for rideshare too. Tower 3 strip side rooms have a view of the sphere and high roller. We would love to host your visit to Las Vegas!

Before temps get above 100 degrees, it’s a great time to visit Las Vegas. Remember there are 3 pools at the Signature plus guests get to use the MGM Grand pool complex and lazy river too. Our unit has a full kitchenette with a stove, microwave, sink, and fridge. We also include a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, cookware, drinkware, and dishes. Here are some nearby places to get groceries. Some guests have also had places like Walmart deliver and meet the delivery driver in the lobby.

It is almost pool season! The Signature MGM has at least one pool open year round, but additional pools will open March 7. Guests of the Signature MGM also get access to the MGM Grand pool complex and lazy river. It’s honestly one of the best pools on the strip!

If you are looking for a Vegas hotel, I would suggest the Signature MGM! It is connected to the MGM Grand so it’s close to everything, but quieter and you get more bang for your buck. Rooms are bigger (king bed plus queen sleeper sofa) and they have a full kitchenette. It’s nice to have the option to eat some meals or snacks in the room so it cuts down on cost of eating out other meals. Comes with fridge, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker as well as dinnerware and kitchen essentials. Room has a seating area and desk. Bathroom has separate shower and jetted tub (it even has a tv in the bathroom). You get access to the pools at the Signature MGM if you want something quieter, but you also have access to the MGM Grand pools and Lazy River. This unit has an AMAZING view of the strip, the Formula 1 race route, and the cool MSG Sphere right from the room! NO RESORT FEES if you book directly here (one time cleaning fee per stay). Each unit is individually owned (ours is Veteran-owned), but it is managed by MGM so you check in at the front desk and everything is just as seamless as staying at any other resort.
