4th & Long's main objective in public relations is to build and maintain a favorable, likeable image, persona and brand to leverage our marketing efforts on our client's behalf.
4th & Long approaches public relations with a unique strategy in place for each one of our clients, based on their interests, personality and desired commitment. We have relationships with mainstream and sports media outlets, which enable our clients to receive the best off the fieldcoverage and access to all types of entertainment events.
4th & Long believes that building a strong public image for each of our clients is a critical part of their career development, both on and off the playing field. Establishing relations with targeted media professionals who have the power to publicize our athletes is imperative. This
includes calling on specific editors and producers with relevant information. In addition to networking with appropriate media contacts it is important to pitch to these contacts specific stories that will help create publicity opportunities for our athlete/event. This will include the production and distribution of press kits and/or press releases that are focused on stories, ideas and events. Track Press
Tracking and clipping current and ongoing press for our athlete is valuable. It is important to get a sense of how our athletes are being positioned and make necessary adjustments to marketing and public relations efforts accordingly.
