The executive administrator is responsible for the administrative tasks of corporate executives. In this position, one can expect to conduct research, create reports, and prepare agendas for top management. The executive administrative assistant acts as the central point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients and employees. The duties usually involve managing the office's day-to-day operations, organizing and maintaining executive files and records, planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, managing projects and conducting research, preparing and editing correspondence, creating reports and presentations, making travel and guest arrangements, and providing quality customer service. Answering calls and taking message on behalf of President and VP.
