Specializes in Wedding, Bridal & Babyshower, retirement, & kids character cakes. All homemade & very moist. Icing can either be buttercream or whipped cream.

Along with specialty cakes such as banana, carrott, german chocolate, double chocolate, coconut, applesauce bundt, sweet potato bundt cakes. Also does assorted Christmas cookies for the holidays such as Eggnog Snickerdoodles, candy cane snowballs, cappuchino spice, peanut butter creams, oatmeal creams, coconut raspberry creams. hocolate fudge, peanut brittle, assorted Christmas breads for vegetable trays such as Snowman breads cut out the belly for the dip, reg Santa breads to just pull apart as a dinner bread. I have been waiting impatiently all week to do these cute little treats for a 60th birthday & retirement party rolled into one for a friend of ours tonight....how cute are these little parfait cups & the flavors you can do are just endless? I had so many compliments on these tonight!!! We had Oreo with crushed oreos, chocolate pudding & oreo whipped cream topped with a mini oreo & mini chocolate chips.....Chocolate Brownie Peanut Butter with my homemade fudgy brownies, a homemade peanut butter mousse, chocolate ganache, fresh whipping cream & peanut butter cup.....Strawberry Cheesecake made exactly like my Strawberry Cheesecake Torte I make in the summer turned into these parfaits with fresh strawberries & fresh kiwi.....Lemon Meringue pie with lemon cookie crust, homemade lemon curd & swiss meringue....Banana Pudding with homemade banana filling, mini vanilla wafers, fresh bananas & fresh whipping cream....along with chocolate & vanilla cupcakes....such a huge hit!

I have been waiting 3-4 months to do this cake challenge....this guy retired from UPS after 37 years....cake is marble with chocolate icing & homemade chocolate fondant....check out the back 1-800-JUST-RETIRED, the packages with this side up, & fragile...everything on truck is edible 😁😃

Sheww, this cheesecake was the bomb....Buttered Pecan....made with pecan sandie cookie crust, a buttery toasted pecan cheesecake filling topped with cinnamon whipping cream, Caramel drizzle & my homemade sugared cinnamon pecans 😋😋😋
