The Little Forest Nest is a hidden gem AirBnB hiking distance from Clinton Lake in Lawrence, Kansas. It is an adorable queen bed-house nestled in the thousand acre forest wildlife reserve.There are hiking and mushroom trails nearby. A canoe or kayak is available for rent at an additional fee upon request.
We are not far from the famous Saltwell restaurant, and many of our guests end their evening there with a unique woodland experience stay at The Forest Nest.
The constellations are like clear sparkling gems at night. There’s a telescope available as well as binoculars and wildlife books for you to browse. Bird feeders are hanging in the branches go encourage the bird lovers.
A few simple indoor and outdoor games are also in the little space.
This off grid glamping location is surrounded by trees and prairie views. At times a few sheep are grazing peacefully within view. There is a tiny chicken coop on site with fresh organic blue, white abd brown eggs straight from our chicken farm.
There is a rustic outdoor outhouse and a heater with electric blankets in the space for your convenience.
This is a perfect setting for souls seeking the peaceful healing of the fo(REST).
