We offer two basic options for clients that can each then be customized to fit your schedule, budget, and overall fitness goals. You can either attend our upbeat, fun (but challenging) Fitness Boot Camps or for a more personalized experience you can work with one of our trainers one on one anywhere that you choose! No matter which option you choose, we guarantee you will love our programs, trainers and especially your results! Home Personal Training:
Our home personal training sessions offer you the opportunity to completely customize your workout to suit your fitness goals and truly target certain areas of your body you choose to focus on. The sessions are 1 hour in length at the location of your choice. Many people do them out of their house, but anywhere is fine! Our trainers will come to you! Our trainers bring all the equipment to give you a unique and variable routine. We promise you that you will never get bored! We match your trainer to you based on location, personality and any areas of expertise the trainer may specialize in that fits your specific goals. All of our Home Personal Training programs come with a customizable diet plan via our website for the entire length of your program. We offer our Boot Camps from the time the snow melts until it begins to fall again! We currently have five locations for the boot camps including Nashua, NH, Bedford, NH, Lowell, MA, Reading, MA and North Andover, MA. We are in the process of implementing additional programs in Providence, R.I. and Connecticut. Our boot camps are offered 4x a week for a total of 5 weeks. Classes are held either at 5:30am or 6:00pm and you can pick whichever option fits your schedule best. The trainers come armed with various types of equipment including:
