My friend, Lynn, asked me to put together a long awaited trip to Iceland for her many months ago. Today she sent me photos and said I was free to share them here! Rio Grande, Puerto Rico will always hold a special place in my heart! It is the first "big" trip I took my kids on as a single mom! There is so much to see and do including, El Yunque Rainforest, Luquillo Beach, BioBay and Old San Juan to name a few! Oh, and make sure to try the fresh seafood and mofongo for dinner!
