Made a trip to Lake of the ozarks this week to do a repair on a house.

This is the 3rd generation of this family that I've done work for. Hes retired. And lives one heck of a life at 70.

When your pipes thaw and you have water showing up on your ceiling the best thing you can do is poke a small hole in your ceiling, and this simple tip can save you thousands of dollars worth of damage and put a bucket underneath of it give the water a place to go instead of causing more damage

Somtimes i do more then drywall. Have some contractors just say, its broke.. fix it and send me a bill

Garage sale/basement sale at Saint Francis de Sales church in Lansing Kansas. Just finished work on a couple of classrooms in their basement and they have a 75' by 100' Room filled with stuff. If you want it they probably have it.

If the person you hired, work looks like this. Fire them please. It's alot harder to fix then do right the first time.

It's been awhile since I've posted. This was a job a couple weeks ago that is probably the most common remodel I do. Taking out the center, load bearing wall. Putting a support in the attic to open up a main floor. Executed perfectly by Ka Wendt construction.
