Yuha's Modern Cozy Airbnb has been in business for more than 8 months! It has been a learning process and am still learning the cycle of the business as I complete the full year at the end of this year! One thing that resonates with me the most is that all new businesses lose money in the beginning! With that, one big update I made was to get a new HVAC system last month. That was expensive, but it will make the guests' experience much better and save utilities, better for my profit (in the future) and for the environment. I don't treat my lawn with harmful chemicals (so my lawn may not look pristine), but I make sure the house is in tip top shape! Introducing a handmade dish scrubbie as a guest gift! Hope this makes sense to guests? My mom crochets these cute colorful scrubbies. They work well as good as they look!

I think the best thing about the mornings is coffee! You may say that I am addicted to caffeine, happily so! That's why I provide a choice of caffeine (coffee and tea caffenated and decaffeinated), different types of creamer (dairy and nondairy), and different types of sweetener! Also in case you get hungry randomly like I do, I have snacks for you as well! What other things can I do?
