Big floor drain pit in the factory is finally completed. Lots of hard work and man hours wrapped up in this job. And we are finally glad to have it done minus the part that now we have to go back outdoors and work in all this mud!
120’ long drain, 10” deep on shallow end to 36” deep with an overflow to a drain box piped out 200’ to a sewer main. (This pit will be pumped)

We definitely don’t post enough, beings the last job I posted about was in 2022. However that’s because we have been busier than ever. I will try and post some of the jobs we do this year a little more regularly. Here is a current project we are working on, just getting started on installing a 120’ floor drain in this factory floor.

We at 38 Square Excavating and Hauling are looking to hire one or two guys that are willing to put in a hard days work and show up again the next day and so on, we expect you to show up to work every day and be on time. We pay good and get paid for travel time and paid through lunches. All of our work is “local” sometimes having to travel an hour to the job sometimes 10 minutes. I don’t need your resumes. Call me to discuss to see if your the man for the job.

We are ideally looking for one person to help do labor work.

And we are also looking for someone that has a class a CDL that is able to help drive our work trucks and move equipment and run the equipment. But everyone must do labor work! We don’t just hire drivers or operators.

We work all winter long as long as the weather allows.

Must have a driver license ( class A CDL is preferred) and a vehicle that isn’t broke every other day.

Lift station leak repaired! Here is a perfect example as to why we do not even try to compete with our competitors! The black pipe is not even permitted to be used for underground use in our area. We strictly only use sch 40 (true) pvc. Also known as well casing pipe. It’s extremely heavy duty.
