The 2024 hat design is complete and Image Projections will be doing all the work so that every one of our golfers will receive one. This year's hat sponsor is Clayton Stone (Grandpa Stone). This year's hats have a special addition in remembrance of Theresa Stone (Grandma Stone). The hats also have a remembrance for Brad (61) and Uncle Rob Stone's (11) old hockey jersey numbers.

NOTE: We have room for 2 1/2 teams left for the outing on June 15. If you were thinking about signing up, contact Jeff at 810-287-3819 asap.

The Stones are busy getting ready for the 24th annual Brad Stone Summer Classic at Fenton Farms Golf Club on June 15. Team spots are filling up quickly. Call Jeff at 810-287-3819 to get your team signed up. Hole and cart sponsorships are available. Sponsoring a full hole is $250, a half hole is $125 and carts are $25 each. See the golf outing flyer that was posted previously for all the details. The Stones also seek raffle prizes and door prizes for what is expected to be another sold-out event. On Wednesday, May 8, Sharon will be announcing another $12,000 in scholarships at Senior Awards Night at Lake Fenton High School.

For those that don’t know Brad’s story already, he passed away at the young age of 12 from an asthma attack. After his death, my parents made an incredibly difficult decision, which was to give the gift of life. Ever since then, Pam has been apart of our family. ❤️ This is Pam’s message.

A little late in posting, but we recently learned from the Community Foundation of Greater Flint that the Eastern Michigan Hockey Association (now under the Flint Jr Firebirds) awarded our 2020 Brad Stone Scholarship to Dyan McMullen. He received $5,000 toward college tuition. The 2021 recipients are Brandon Marshall and Michael Griggs, who each received a $2,500 college scholarship. Congratulations!

Attention to our supportive and amazing golfers, since we have a full course next Saturday we are asking that as many people as possible prepay their $100 per golfer to speed up registration. Many have and we really appreciate that. We accept Venmo at -stone-61 or checks made out to Jeff Stone can be dropped off at the Sears Hometown Store in Fenton or the Stones home. We are happy to report that we only have a few team spots left for Brad's outing on Saturday, June 19. If you were planning to golf, let us know ASAP. To ease congestion at the registration table, we are accepting golf payments ahead of time through Jeff's Venmo account, which is jeffrey-stone-61. We accept checks made out to Jeff Stone too. We're just a couple of weeks away from our 21st outing to celebrate Brad's life and we cannot wait to see our family and friends.

Woo hoo! The 20th annual Brad Stone Summer Classic is in the books. Once again the weather was perfect and Fenton Farms Golf Club was in beautiful shape. Chris White’s crew took care of all of our golfers. Thank you to everyone who shared their day with us or who supported and sponsored this fundraiser for Brad’s memorial scholarships. If you intend to golf at this year's Brad Stone Summer Classic on Aug. 1, please let Jeff or Sharon Stone know of your commitment. In years past, the outing has sold out with a very full course. Because of new golf cart guidelines, they are limited to 128 golfers. If you want in, let the Stones know soon because it will fill up. If you cannot attend, there are sponsorship opportunities available to keep those scholarships going for Lake Fenton grads and EMHA hockey players.
