Birth plans are one way of finding all of your options when it comes to birth. It’s a form of written consent that can be withdrawn at anytime.

Make sure your birth plan is understood by your birth partner or doula so they can make sure your wishes are supported. Also, it wouldn’t hurt to give your plan to your healthcare provider.

We plan vacations, weddings, and anniversaries so why not plan your birth too.
