Owner, Melissa Berg, has been in the aviation industry for nearly 20 years. At 12 years old she caught the aviation bug when her father took her up in a Cessna 182 for a discovery flight lesson. She knew then, that aviation would be her future. Melissa began working for her father at Air Denver, Inc when she was 13, filing papers and learning about all the different types of aircraft and the proce
dures of Air Denver. Her goal was to be cross-trained within the company and someday go to the top. After high school in 1997, she continued her education at Metro State College of Denver where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Management. In June of 2009, Melissa was promoted to Vice President of Air Denver, Inc. At the end of 2009, Melissa was introduced to a local country musician, Matt Buckstein, who was looking for someone to manage his new band. Matt approached Melissa about the position and after one meeting the rest is "herstory". She had no experience in the music industry, but as the phrase goes: “Where there’s a will, there’s a way.” Melissa quickly learned the ropes and took Buckstein on to their most successful year ever. Melissa managed Buckstein for an entire year until she decided to open her own booking agency. As a manger, Melissa has committed herself solely to Buckstein, but she will continue to serve as a booking agent to several other artists and groups. So how was All-Pro Booking Agency, LLC created? Melissa now knew she loved aviation and she knew she loved booking bands, so she thought "How can I combine the two things I love?" Then one night, while brain-storming with her mom, out of the clear blue sky, All-Pro was born. Melissa learned at a young age how important it is to volunteer and to "give back" to communities and organizations. Not only does she love aviation and music, but she has a passion for photography. She is a volunteer photographer for the following organizations:
* The Greater Glendale Chamber of Commerce
* The Colorado Aviation Historical Society
* The National Kidney Foundation
* The Forum Hair Studio
* Air Denver, Inc
