, this property is just a stone’s throw from Montana’s most interestingly diverse city and recreational opportunities. The main level features an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen and island, a timberframe post and beam living room with a rock fireplace, pool table, and a master suite with all amenities, including a gas fireplace, tv, artist easel, master bath, walk in shower and large oval jetted tub. Upstairs features a bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, and a loft with two smaller beds and a balcony deck overlooking the river. The basement offers an additional tv viewing area, a game room with fusball and pool, a bedroom with a king bed that can host additional beds, as well as a treadmill, bathroom, and a wet bar. There is also a sleeping area with a queen bunkbed and twin. In addition, there is a separate apartment above the garage, appointed with it’s own kitchen and bath. The apartment offers a splendid views of the river and has a queen bed. There are outdoor decks overlooking the river, with built in bench seating, a hot tub, and a fire-pit patio for tall tales and quiet enjoyment of the riverfront meditation. Wildlife viewing opportunities include year-round ducks, geese, eagles, fox, deer and elk, and the occasional beaver trudging upstream. For the fishing enthusiast in the family, there are opportunities to take Rainbows, Browns, and cutthroat throut, and well as a raft take in/take out.
