Pre dinner cocktail and appetizer
Champagne
Pate` on toast points

Starter
-Mini croque monsier

Salad
-Frisee and assorted salad greens with tangerines, radishes and French vineagrette
-Gougeres (cheese Popovers)

Soup
-French onion soup

Entree
-Duck a l'orange with orange pan jus
-Creamy mashed potatoes
-Haricot verts

Dessert
-Creme brulee and macarons
