I have big news to share with you! On Valentine's Day this year (2023), Health In Essence LLC gave birth to conjoined twins that go by one name, "Apothecary Apotheosis"! It's my new retail space where local artists, artisans and musicians have their art for sale in a gallery style one side of the venue and bulk herbs, holistic remedies and chair massage are residing on the other half of the venue. It's housed at Old Town Marketplace in downtown Longmont at 332 Main Street and is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons till 6pm.
I hope you will come to visit and see what I've created and cheer me on!

In response to today’s New a moon in Capricorn and the New Year in general. A friend posted about all the astrological happenings for this year and it sparked an answer from me, FOR me, that I want to share with all of you, in case you also struggled thru the last few years mired down and overwhelmed by your own existance. This year will be different and here is one bit of insight I have to offer. If it resonates with you, please, use it. May we all awaken to a thriving existance in 2022!
* I find that taking myself out of the well worn loop of daily routine offers me new perspectives and stretches my “Perspective Muscles” allowing me to think differently, see other path opportunities and so on. The trick especially for very busy or very overwhelmed people is to trust and make the time to jump off the old worn path, if only for an hour of doing something new in order to get in the habit of exercising that muscle. That is my challenge for myself this year. Consciously jump off the well trodden path to awaken new sensory experiences and exercise an ever widening view of the life I live.
