Oh , you have done it again. Today my boy ran his first 5k. The support he got from literally everyone on the course, in the corrals and even at the finish line was incredible. He got a shout out as he crossed the finish line and that just made his day. He was already asking when he could do the challenge. He’s 5, so it will be a while, but we have another runDisney fan on our hands.

How was this one week ago?!

Running my first half marathon was incredible. I can not believe that I did it.

We are running the Springtime Surprise Cars 5k with our son. He came to cheer us on and was completely taken by the whole event and can’t wait to run his own!

Happy Princess Half Marathon Weekend!!!!

I am running my first half marathon this weekend! I can’t believe I signed up for this on a whim, and now we are here!

RunDisney is so special and really has changed my life! I never thought I’d ever run any race, let alone a half marathon. I am so looking forward to this weekend!

Happy New Year!

The last time I posted anything was at the end of August, and wow has life gotten away from me. I’ve missed posting and now I’m back!

Coming up I’ll be posting some things that I haven’t posted about and about our upcoming trip!

I am so excited! I just signed my husband, myself and my son up for the cars 5k! My son is a huge Cars fan and a budding athlete and we couldn’t think of a better first 5k for him to do!

The RunDisney registration didn’t come without its nerves, but after fluctuations from over and hour wait to 30 minutes and back again, I got in and got us all signed up!

I can not wait to pass along our love of runDisney to our son!

OMG what did I just do?!

After a crazy week, with many travel hiccups, I forgot today was Princess race sign up day. Well apparently Grandma Tala had other plans, I had talked about the half a few times, but didn’t fully consider it, until that was the only race open.

So . . . Guess whose running their first half marathon next February! My husband and I are both doing our first. Send us all the tips and tricks for training and racing. I’m terrified and excited all at the same time!

For 2022, I set two fitness goals. The first was to be consistent. I have never consistently worked out ever and I wanted to see what would happen if I did. The second was to get faster. Specifically get faster at the 5k distance.

Today I just signed up for my third Virtual Summer runDisney Challenge. I’m hopeful that each of these 5ks I will get faster and I will start to see even more change!

Yesterday I traveled to and to drop something off for a client. There was no way I wasn’t going to stop by for some Mickey Beignets.

These are located only at the S**t Cat Club at Port Orleans French Quarter. This location isn’t even in the Disney app. The lounge is open after 5pm, but you can get these starting at 7am. They came out hot and were some of the best I’ve ever had. You can get 1 sauce with 3, but I had to try the chocolate and the Carmel.

One week ago, I ran the most magical 6.2 miles of my life. A big goal was accomplished and I’m still just so amazed at what I can do!

I’m looking forward to doing another run Disney race, and maybe even bumping the distance.

Today is for Princess Half Marathon Weekend. I worked incredibly hard to meet my goal of running my first 10K, and feel so strong and accomplished. Thank you Run Disney for making the weekend so fun and memorable.

Happy New Year!

2021 was an exciting year both personally and professionally. I grew my social media, found new ways to share my love of Disney, and planned some wonderful Disney vacations.

In 2022, I want to continue to grow my social media, and create more valuable content for you all. I am also going to grow my Etsy shop. I have some fun launches planned for you all this year, including the first one dropping later this month!

I am also looking forward to more trips to Disney, including one to run the Princess 10k in February! I am already planning a few trips for clients this year, and hope to plan many more!

And just like that, 2021 is almost done. What a year it has been. We welcomed our second boy, and got to experience life as a family of 4. We spent many days wandering the parks, and sharing that joy with friends and family. I also opened my shop on Etsy (check out my link in bio) and started to sell some of my designs to the world.

For 2022, I’m excited to run my first in person run Disney event, build my social media and Etsy shop, and plan as many Disney vacations as I can!

First thoughts on my day with Genie+ in Magic Kingdom. It was 100% worth it.

We went with the intention of riding all the big rides, and we did all the mountains before lunch.

We found that “stacking” the lightning lanes made it even more worth it, but in 6 hours, we rode 12 rides, most with LL but a few standby.

We were in Magic Kingdom last Saturday and we didn’t ride nearly that many, as the lines were far to long.

I’ll be posting more about this in the coming days, including a quick post here and a blog about “stacking” your lightning lanes soon. Keep following for more information!

Yesterday was a dream. When I moved to Florida, I couldn’t wait to become an AP and be able to go to Disney whenever I wanted. But more specifically, go to Disney to test out touring plans, and other small details for my clients.

Yesterday I was also stopped a million times because of my shoes and dress.

I’ve been working hard on something new, and the shoes and dress are a sneak peek of what’s to come.

On October 11, I’ll be making the big reveal, but until then, keep an eye out for a few more sneak peeks.

Happy Birthday Walt Disney World!

I have celebrated so many magical moments in this place. My husband and I got to go for the first time in 2008, and then we started our obsession when we went for our honeymoon in 2012.

We have taken both of our boys (Samuel multiple times) and even got to announce the arrival of Luca from this spot.

I’ll never forget walking down Main Street for the first time when I was 13. My mom cried and even my dad was emotional. Im sure I was embarrassed at the time, but I get it now. This place truly is magical.

It’s unbelievable that it really did all start with a Mouse. Happy golden Anniversary Disney. Thank you for 50 yEars of magic. Here’s to 50 more!

Today is the last day of and I was suppoed to pick my favorite ears. Well I just can’t do that. I love them all. The green and red ones were my first ears, space mountain for my favorite ride, illuminations and fireworks for my two favorite shows. Each pair is special.

Wearing ears to match my outfit when I’m in the parks is so much fun for me. I’m picky about which ones I buy and usually stick to Disney, but I do have a pair from and one that was gifted to me.

I can’t pick a favorite tee. I love all my shirts. Some are shirts I bought (many from target), some are Disney and many I made. Creating a Disney outfit for a day in the parks, to match my ears is so fun.

However wearing my baby’s first Disney trip shirt last October to announce our pregnancy was quite possibly one of my favorites. Special memories were made that day.
