Let me tell you about my client,Kim & Duff.
She’s a total go-getter who decided to plan her Anniversary to Europe on her own.
At first, she was so excited — I mean, who wouldn’t be? Picking out flights and picturing herself boarding that plane, scrolling through gorgeous luxury hotels, and dreaming up the best activities.
It was like she was already there, sipping Martini's on the beachfront Amalfi Coast/in The Algarve.
But then reality set in. Kim found herself buried under a mountain of information, reviews galore, and not an ounce of clarity about what to book.
What started as a fun adventure turned into a game of “Guess Which One Won’t Ruin Your Trip.”
She admitted she was stressing!
Is this hotel as dreamy as the photos? Is this the right train connection from Portagul to Lisbon?
The biggest stress, though? Coordinating everything. She was piecing together flights, timing her transfers, booking museum tickets in advance, and trying to fit in those “hidden gems” Instagram hyped up.
In the end, [name] told me, “I thought I’d save money and feel super accomplished doing it myself, but I wasted so much time — and I’m not even sure I made the best choices.”
That’s when she handed me the reins, and we turned her scattered plans into an actual trip but with none of the heavy lifting done by her.
🏨 A gorgeous hotel booked.
🚗 Trains and transfers coordinated.
🗺️ Tours and experiences confirmed.
Have you ever felt like Kim? If so, I’m here to remind you that planning trips shouldn’t feel like a full-time job, and I’d love to help you skip the hassle and get straight to the good stuff! Send me a DM to chat.
