Some of my clients asked me, what's the best snorkeling spot on the Big Island? Or is there any safe enough spots for advanced or intermediate snorkelers? Oh yes, there IS! There are plenty of them on the Big Island! In fact, the Big Island is the the most unique of its kind on this archipelago to enjoy the waters with abundant and vibrant marine life! So for those who are not afraid to go in the open ocean, yet pristine enough that allows enjoyable snorkeling even for some beginners - do come to TWO STEP BEACH! You won't regret it! It's a wild beach, covered with lava rock, however, this is what makes it so unique and amazing. In its its crystal clear turquoise waters you may encounter all kinds of sea creatures! We were lucky enough to swim even with the dolphins ! 🐬🐳🐬

When people think about booking a vacation in Hawaii, the first island that comes in mind, is of course, Oahu. The most popular and busiest Hawaiian island. Well, I dont blame them , there is a lot to do and see there, I am sure. And it is very beautiful like the other Hawaiian islands. I did leave MY heart, however, with the BIG ISLAND 💚-the most underrated, probably, island of this stunning , remote archipelago.

The Island of Hawaii (BI) is so unique and versatile: with its unique 13 micro climate areas , landscape with its most active volcano in the world , lush nature and , of course, the most ecologically preserved and clearest waters with live corals . Its life style , very laid back and slow might not suit all of you, but this is definitely to consider when you want to get away from the crowds and hectic lifestyle of some of the smoky cities on the continent.
