Chef Takahashi: "Thank you for having me! My story starts in my hometown, a small fishing village in Hokkaido. My father was a fisherman, and I grew up helping him prepare the catch of the day. Watching how hard he worked made me appreciate the ingredients and the ocean’s gifts. At 18, I moved to Tokyo to train under a sushi master. It was there I learned the importance of precision, patience, and passion. Making sushi is more than cooking—it’s a way of life."

Chef Takahashi: "Sushi in Japan is rooted in tradition and simplicity. The goal is to bring out the natural flavors of the fish and rice, not mask them. For me, sushi is about honoring nature and the hard work behind each ingredient."

✈️ Big Changes Coming to NAIA! ✈️
The Department of Transportation (DOTr) supports a major terminal reorganization at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) to improve efficiency and passenger experience. One key proposal: designating Terminal 3 as the new hub for international flights! 🌍
🚦 Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista believes this move will streamline operations and reduce congestion. Under the plan:

Terminal 1: To be exclusively operated by Philippine Airlines (PAL), handling all PAL domestic and international flights.

Terminal 2: Will become the domestic hub for Cebu Pacific, AirAsia Philippines, and Royal Air Philippines.

Terminal 3: Dedicated to international flights (except those of PAL).

This reassignment could lead to smoother travel and shorter turnaround times, focusing on spreading widebody aircraft across terminals for faster operations.
While Secretary Bautista supports the plan, the New NAIA Infrastructure Corp. (NNIC), led by San Miguel Corp, will make the final decision.
