Throwback to my days at Sotto at the beginning of my kitchen hustle. This was my first job on the line — I got my butt kicked, but with the amazing leadership from @ctowe and the kickass team @pjohnson94 Ramsey Musk @dresdenkpizza @azifreakingl — I learned a whole damn lot. Great people, great fam, great oven. Thanks Chef Steve Samson @dinasam for making Sotto such a special place. Sotto, LA will miss you. ❤️ Long live the chicken liver ragu!
