I need some help to grow Discover Craft

I am really opening up here so please spare me a few minutes to read this.

My daughter is now doing the social media posts for us, in between her uni work and I have a very supportive committee. I am aware I overstretch myself at times and know I need to slow down but I have this drive inside me to help people. I can see the good we are already doing and have the vision of how much more we can do. I refuse to ask too much of the committee and think they will agree I do not put pressure on them unduly but we cannot do this on our own.

Discover Craft are all about empowering people. After all, this all started because I needed help with my mental health and Spring set up a group for me to run and here I am now running 4 and a bit groups a week!

So what do I need?

💪 People to engage with the group through our social media page, to share posts, (particularly pleas for assistance) and people to recommend us to people who need our help.

💪 People to join our FREE membership. They will be invited to our committee meetings and help us make decisions. Then they will see what we need help with and maybe take on a little bit if and when they feel able to.

💪 People who can offer transportation either of the kit to our groups or for our craft practitioners who don't drive so they can get to groups.

💪 People who can come along to our fundraising events to either enjoy what we put on or to help. We have several Quiz nights coming up and 3 winter wellbeing creative fayres to arrange.

💪 People who are suffering from long term health conditions, isolation, loneliness, depression and need interaction with people to enrich their lives. You don't need to already be a crafter to benefit, although it's almost certain you will DISCOVER CRAFT and how therapeutic it is. Even if you just come along for a chat and a cuppa. Our sessions are free and you only need to purchase a drink if you wish. We even have a discreet payment club where you
