Jolly Ole Saint Fertile Myrtle took seven HIMs through the 12 Days of F3-mas this morning at the Patriot. He even sang the whole time, and it was as bad as it sounds. OK, he didn’t really sing, but the beatdown was intense! It had a little bit of everything, much like the 12 Days of Christmas. Way to go, men. Thank you for leading, Myrtle!

10 PAX showed up and showed out for a December to Remember workout Q’d by the M-Maid himself. The PAX persevered through step-ups, merkins, goblet squats, coupon swings, bent over rows, planks, and failures to launch. But we mostly remember the step-ups. Tomorrow ITG we will be celebrating! Celebrating the last cold morning in stretch of bitterly cold days. Our celebration will include moseying to get warm quick, make a stop for some COP, moseying some more, stop for PT, continue on with a mosey, stop for a few hill repeats and then go back from whence we came. We’ll round it off with a little Mary at the lodge....
