I know for sure that most cruise cabins have walls that are magnetic so these hooks provide extra organization bc the last thing you wanna do is unnecessarily stress out your cabin steward. We still wanna respect them no matter what. Don’t treat them like a run-a-way Hebrew slave. Also, when you come off your trip these will and can be put to great use at home. Personalize them with paint…be creative.

And just like that, we are done for this wonderfully hot 2’s Day.

We back at it!
(iykyk), that 1st work week day that’s rough. Maybe it’s not for you but I’m the type of person who probably ain’t had no days off and I don’t wanna step into work hearing cheerful “Happy Monday everyone! How was your weekend? Bc mines was lit 💃🏽 “…like shut up and go sit your happy go lucky 🍀 self down somewhere please 🙏🏽! Ahhhhh 🙄😑😒

Any way, the reason why I am really here is to present to you my choice for today. Some of us have gadgets & gizmos galore. And bc of this, we need to drag all of it with us on our holiday. Why anyone would want to be bothered 😕 with all this vlogging equipment just bc is a mystery to me but some have to trek these things with them bc it provides a way to make a side hustle or maybe they are full time photographers or videographers, whewww…big words got me winded 💨. So, without further ado I present the plug. This item can be a life saver for those who work while vacationing bc they need the extra outlets for their camera, laptop, phone, curling iron, shaver, hair dryer etc etc more and more to infinity and beyond.
The photo attached is just an example but I did choose this one bc the cord is extra long unlike some power strip grounders that have the shortest and fattest little cords I’ve ever seen in my life… likeeee 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 what’s the reason(in my cardi b voice) 👀.

Bring it with you on your land, air, and sea adventures hunty and don’t be late ⏰.

Today is Day. *clears throat* I’m a mother of grown men and they are my in my voice. So, 🤔 I guess that means that everyday is Day! You’re welcome ☺️

This blog will be short…shorter, but sweet.

The choice for today is: {{{ A Collapsible Water Bottle }}} 💦💧💦🌠💙🩵💙🌠💦💧💦

I have not invested in one as of yet but I cannot count how many times I wanted toss the ish out of the big bulky bottle I’m toting around all day. You know, bc every adventure you go on isn’t always a BIG ONE. It could be going to the zoo or a local theme park. Neither of which requires a hotel stay or lengthy road trip. Although, you may be the smart one who decides to backpack it everywhere, sometimes you just wanna be free of baggage. So in these instances you may only bring a wallet, crossover purse, or a fannie pack but you already know that the adventure that awaits you may require you to bring your own water bottle, bc let’s face it, it saves the 🌎 and we wanna act like we are some caring tree hugging hippies. We love hippies btw. We love errrr body…let’s make that clurrrr.

I have complied some nifty lil screenshots for your viewing pleasure. Find them at your will bc as I have stated before, I don’t promote nor advertise for any company for free. Imma need my coinzzzz 💵 sis…run the bag 💰 .

Sorry for being late today but I had another sleepless weird night. It was absolutely my fault bc yesterday I drank some ghetto dirty coffee my husband brewed and I literally turned into a zombie. It’s bad enough I never eat before 1p and then when I finally did eat I could only swallow down 2 tablespoons of rice and one tablespoon of chopped tomatoes 🍅 🤦🏽‍♀️. As I type, I’m still trying to come out of this zombie state. But I do definitively 😘 feel better ❤️‍🩹 bc I ate breakfast at 2 something p.m. & started writing this blog, and since I don’t have the fog 🌫️ brain 🧠 going on at this precious 3:23p time (central) it means I’m coming back to life!
Boy did I digress! Lmsooooooo

Welcome or welcome back to my mini daily blog where I choose my for thee day 👏🏼.
Today is bc some of y’all still gotta go in and punch that clock for “TheMan” whom you kinda really dislike 👎🏽 to your core. I get it. You gotta pay the bills. You gotta get’er done ✅. And trust me, that’s honorable as far as I’m concerned because it is a consistent way for you to accomplish your financial goals and save some moolah 💰 so you can call me to book that next trippy trip boo! So yes! Ya girl gets it 💯 %.
On this lil swaggalicious blog of mine, I speaks my mind. But I speak it briefly bc NO ONE has time foe dat ( don’t correct me nor my spelling)…THIS MEANS YOU. 🫵🏼🫸🏼

Now that that’s outta my system, let’s get into it!

My choice can or will (not sure if it’s been proven) protect a part of your body if you’re an upright kinda person. That choice is *drumroll please* 🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁 :

Call ’em what you will. Nobody is a stranger to these. They are extremely popular. Does everyone think they need them? Apparently not. Are they necessary? Of course not. But for me & mines, we wearin’em. We using’em…point blank period!
Keep these clean and refreshed for each wear. Research refresh spray that you can use on them during your holiday stay-a-way. Don’t just wear them over and over again and never scrub-a-dub dub’em. That would be what we call being NASTY. If you’re the nasty one reading this, don’t feel judged. Just know we will know and we will snarl when we see you in public, or shall I say, smell you in public.
These lil swim footies come in all shapes and styles and can be purchased from online stores to lil mom and pop discount stores. There’s even people on Etsy that will bling them out for you. Yes! You…Ms., Mrs., or Mr. Diva!

And there you have it, my choice is great! I did an absolutely 👍🏽 amazing job today. I expect you to like 👍🏽, share, and be a leader today…or not. 🤷🏽‍♀️ You can follow me if being a leader is not on the repertoire for today. Woohoo! It is Day y’all welcome or welcome back to my mini blog post.

And just like 🫰🏼 that, we are more than half way to June. These months ain’t month’n at all 😠. I swear, I feel like if I blink 👀, winter 🥶 will be right at my door 🚪. Moveee alll the way around! Please 😝!
👏🏼 So…today, my fellow - ers, marks the 2nd blog post that showcases my for the day.
If you are like me and love “smell goods” whether the scent is lite, heavy, or barely there, this post is for you. If it is something you shun, this post is still for you to like and share (then gone! get!). Alrighty then.
Are we focused? Great 👍🏽. Let’s get into it.
While with a companion or more, the bathroom can get funky. Imma just say it. Some of y’all stank. Some of y’all are oblivious to your stankiness. I’m sitting here thinking to myself saying, “you just gonna come out and not spray huh 🤔?” Some people have the nerve to believe and say out loud that they don’t stank. Dude! You smell of death and shortcomings.

With that being said, I present to you my choice for…I’m not bout to fool with you Day iszzzzz: Poo-Pourri Before You Go Toilet Spray 💥 🎇 🎆 I attached a photo even though ikyk.

I usually bring this or something similar that actually works with me on trips especially if I am not solo in my room/cabin/suite. I must admit I also bring a lighter airier spray to spray in all the four upper ceiling corners of the room. ⚠️ Do not bring spray that smells like grandmas house or pa’s cologne. It’s too much and will get very annoying, so don’t. ⛔️
Have respect for the noses and stomachs of ppl you are traveling with. Keep your funk to yourself. Won’t he do it!!!! Praise break 💃🏽 🕺🏽
Suggestion: Make your own concoction with some fye 🔥 - a more affordable option.
I binge shop B&BW’s room sprays get to know the ones I love best, but we know how ever changing they are…they make me sick changing stuff up and discontinuing things without my consent. How dare they! Btw, I am not screaming 😱. I’M NOT!!!!! You heard me! 😊 *rolls eyes with a side eye*.

Their’s Day is here! Well, 🤔 it’s actually been here bc we are well into the beginning of the late afternoon & the sun is shining on
As some of you may know, I post a travel blog everyday & it consists of my most prized
Today on this episode of “Come Prepared”, I am featuring a product that has helped me on many occasions.
⛔️ Disclaimer: I am by no means promoting this product nor am I a doctor/pharmacist. I am stating what has helped me. By this being an over the counter (OTC) treatment you can at any time decide for yourself and/or your family if it is something good for you to purchase. ⚠️
With that out of the way, the product that is a choice is: DRAMAMINE.
I have been known to suffer easily from migraines, migraines w/aura, nausea, dizziness, and even VERTIGOOOOO!!!!!! As if the migraine w/aura wasn’t enough…sheesh 😣🤢🥴🫨 . Dare I say, I was well into my 40’s before my first cruise 🚢 and what’s even more, before that I dreaded getting on airplanes ✈️ because I thought I’d be the one person gagging and 🤮 in a bag. So yeah, it was anxiety riddled time for me when travel time approached.
I got smart though. I researched YouTube and joined a travel Facebook group or two, I spoke with several doctors, googled stuff, and went to reputable websites that gave me the confidence to be calm cool and collected, and to trust that I’d be fine no matter what. And it worked 😃! My style of treating myself is that I begin taking the Dramamine a day or two before & also begin eating & drinking brain 🧠 healthy & smart weeks before my trip 👀 🤫 (like I’m doing something so great knowing I should eat and drink smart everyday) *eyeroll*. Tbh, on a cruise, I really eat lite because I wanna have fun the whole time and being sick in that way is a straight away for me.
So friends and lurks, that’s my .02 cents & Im stick‘n wit it.

My handy choice is a: Waterproof clear see through cute phone case that you can operate fully without removing the phone 📱 while in or around water or wet stuff of any kind. Whewww…that was a mouthful! 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️ I feel like being nice, so there will be a photo(s) attached. You’re welcome 😇
Tbh, I am the type of traveler that brings my phone everywhere but I will not capture a lot bc I’m too busy enjoying life. Then when I get home I’m pi**ed because I have no footage nor any really good images and videos that I can edit or choose from. But hey, my noogin can do the work and my mouth can follow suit.
Another little confession is that I have not invested in todays choice 😳🫢😮 . Yes I know I know, I have no idea why. I think it’s because I cannot swim great at all even if ever but that makes no sense because I always get in the pool or sea or ocean or gulf or whatever. I digress. I will be taking my own advice. So for my next trip, I’ll have one for sure.
I feel like the reason behind my choice for today needs no explanation so I’m not providing you with a list. Stay with me people. Phones costs as much as some of our first cars we purchased full cash when we were young. Nuff said.

Hi 👋🏼! How are ya? You cool 😎? I’m just here I guess. Even though I’m not feelin it (the day), I am very into this last piece to my 3 piece blog post which features my pick. Ya ready?🫶🏽🫶🏽 OK! Here we goooo:

Your back is thanking you. But most importantly, your back is thanking me because I just put you on ☺️. Now, before you experts come for me with your sassy eye rolling comments, I’M NOT TALKIN’ TO YO 🫏…umhh huhh, 🤫 🤐
😊☺️😊🙂😌☺️😊🙂☺️😊🙂 Now, listen 👂🏽, there are more than just an aching back that this type of backpack would relieve. Let’s do a small list.

1.) no sweaty back for those hot muggy swampy travel days
2.) your bags stay together (not on flr or seat next to u)
3.) it’s built to just slip on & stay put unlike a regular bag
4.) your more bulky heavier items go here
5.) items that cannot be in carryon luggage will go here. Sn: if the backpack is your only luggage, you good boo! Move on!
Although the sleeve relieves you and frees you up, the backpack itself can house all those things that you need to entertain you, to assist you, to provide you with during wait times…those down time hours that we typically get while traveling. I need chargers, I need sanitizer tsa approved size of course, lotion, hat, cap, brush, mini blanket or hoodie, a laptop and it’s charger, a reusable personalized blinged out water bottle 😳 yep that’s correct. All this stuff you don’t want in your checkin bag nor do you want in you rolling swiveling carryon luggage. You might wanna put a mini deodorant, face cloth, mini clear bottle that houses some body wash and body spray. What about a travel sized toothbrush and toothpaste. A pack of travel wipes for makeup and wipes for your butt and pits. But wait ⚠️ hold 🆙 we still want to pack lite and smart…so all these options need to be scaled to extra mini sized. If you don’t purchase it that way, you must prepare them that way or TSA will embarrass you! It’s their job.
Despite all of that, this is a very good choice and it is an investment for travelers. Find yourself hands free and not weighed down. That’s my advice from MyBook to yours! Comment below. Let’s talk. Another work week start!

🤭My choice for this is a continuation of a 3 piece… & today marks part 2 or piece 2…whatever! Let’s get into it.

You can literally go so crazy with the choices of fannypacks because they are very popular. Although some people make old people jokes about them, ignore that - and GET YOU ONE NOW OR TWO OR THREE, OR BE LIKE ME AND GET YOURSELF 20🤥😬 Ok ok wait…don’t be like me bc i definitely don’t have 20 but I got alot.
In my voice, “👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼what’s the reason👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼!?!?”, the reasons why these are is listed below.
1.) fits on body
2.) lightweight
3.) unisex designs
4.) stylish designs to match the details of any ‘fit
5.) keeps passport & all essentials at your fingertips
6.) no need to take on/off backpack constantly to access things
7.) holds your phone
8.) holds your earbuds
9.) holds your wallet or card(s) & cash quick access
10.) holds your readers/sunnies
The main reason a is a choice for me is strictly bc I need all my documents and ID’s readily available right there in front of me as if they are all metaphorically in my hand. If everyone adopted this habit, the lines would move more seamlessly. But nooooo, you get this person over 👀 here struggling to get his/her backpack off their back each and every time they are asked to show some 🆔. Or pops is digging in his pockets and everything under the sun is falling out except what is needed! Or or or…never mind! You get my point. If you wear readers, that should go inside the fannypack. If you need chewing gum, you should have a few pieces in there. Always have a writing pen or two inside that also. If your wallet is massive bc you own every credit and debit card known to man, maybe don’t put that in the . Just put the most necessary card and ID inside and place those in the zippered area of the .
Nonetheless, be observant and vigilant while traveling to avoid and unnecessary mishaps and go on to enjoy yourself many many years over! Tah tah for now!

Let’s define a Travel Laundy Bag: To avoid cross contamination in your luggage on your return home, get you one…invest in it now. You’re welcome 😉
I joke around and use the term “cross contamination” because everyone wants to preserve the clothing and shoes that you never got a chance to wear on your trip. No one wants to come home, open up thdirty luggage 3 months later 😹 and be hit with the funk of the century only to realize that the “fits” you didn’t sport are ruined too. Just stinky.
So lets get you a travel laundry bag with these features:
1.) waterproof
2.) compact (not too big & not too small, but perfectly sized)
3.) small handheld handle to hold/hang
4.) sturdy zipper
5.) odor trapper
6.) non mesh (bc mesh ain’t holding or trapping nothing in)
Now, I know a lot of people just get the mesh bags for dirty clothes on a trip but the downside to that is that at some point it will have to get packed back into your luggage. And as I previously stated before, you know you not wearing all your lovely overpacked outfits on this trip or that trip…sooooo TRUST ME, JUST DO IT! OK 👌🏼 love? Great! 😘

Happy my 🐞 🧳!!!

My for the day comes with a very recent
I have read & watched videos of people having mishaps & misfortunes on their trips (some fatal, some tragic…mine was none of that) and it can get pretty scary but for me, it ruined my ultimate which is having an outfit complete with alllllll the details honey 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 All of’em! 👗 👠 👓 👛🩴👡👙👒👟💍🌂🥽🕶️ Need I go on? You get it.
Wellll, we are doing a and all is well up into 5 days before sail away. My hubby gets hurt on the job trynna be and he ends up getting his popped. Now, he’s in a cast and requires a 🦽 or a 🛴 and 🩼 🩼 ! He’s still demanding to go! Understandable…just not fun for me.
Here’s where my was stumped, punched, kicked, and burnt with 🔥. We pull up to the port on day. The taxi driver pulls the luggage out the back of the suburban taxi 🚕 cab (actual taxicab yellow cab company car) at the and while me & hubby are still towards front of cab getting situated in the wheelchair 🦽 and using the pay pad to pay, we can’t see that this cabbie forgot 1 huge monstrous piece of luggage…hint hint MINE!!!! So, driver pulls off, I look down at luggage on the sidewalk and I immediately notice that my luggage is missing. I also immediately recognize that while distracted, no attendant had come near us to load any of our luggage to prepare to take to our staterooms. My grown son and his grown friend wasn’t paying any attention at all even though both of them were at the rear of the vehicle theeeee wholeeeee timeeee! (They irritate me). 😝

So, bc I was scammed like this and had to do a full 7 DAY CRUISE ON A ROYAL CARIBBEAN SHIP WITHOUT A STITCH OF CLOTHING THAT I PLANNED AND CAREFULLY PREPARED TO SLAY IN, I am making my be the !!!! There!!! I said it. Pricey but a must!

There’s Day is kinda bougie but kinda not. Due to today’s “climate” on how this generation provides service to others, sometimes is lacking. So upon entering your hotel room or cabin or stateroom, the bedding may not be trustworthy. I personally bring everything with me (a whole kinda bed in a bag deal), but this post is for the face and hair for both men & women.
My suggestion is: a . Yes yes yes like I said earlier, it is a lil bougie 🤑 buttttttt, if you are a product ju**ie you’d wanna bring it for extra protection for you & your pockets bc you escape from damaging the sheets & you don’t ruin your hair sleeping on cotton. I usually bring a zipped pillowcase that protects from bugs and moisture and then I place the silk or satin one on top of that. Because let’s face it, even in some of these so-called luxury hotels the pillowcases and pillows can have a smell…my nose is very sensitive to smells so I don’t play that!!! Protect your face protect your hair bc that bonnet can’t do the whole job period’t!!!! Although, I can go on and on, I only like to post about 1 thing at a time. If you need a full 100k list of , take your butt over to the you tube thing.

Day consists of Traveling Abroad. Believe it or not, many ppl do not travel. As a matter of fact, some ppl get to their 50’s, 60’s, & even 70’s and have never traveled for anything. So, this post is for our inexperienced period.

If you are traveling internationally, you must have a passport. You can visit https://travel.state.gov period. This is a great site. It’s well designed and easy to use. It has step by step instructions to complete the process. Some suggestions: 1.) Take your passport photos at https://www.Costco.com (it’s cheaper) just tell them what the pic is for. They know what to do.
2.) Already prepare your official birth certificate before filling out application online at the travel.state.gov website. The birth certificate cannot be a duplicate or random copy. It needs a seal. If you don’t already have a copy of your official or original birth certificate, for less than $10 you can obtain one from your county clerk’s office same day pick up…very easy.
Once you have your passport, it’s as good as the best ID anyone could ever have bc it trumps everything else. Who wants to drag along a big clumpy birth certificate around anyway. Everytime you have to show proof, here you go pulling out that birth certificate and the drivers license or state ID and your boarding pass blahzay skippity. No body! Plus you don’t wanna lose something like a birth certificate, SO LEAVE IT AT HOME 😡!

Gone travel! And don’t say I ain’t never gave you nothing either!

2’s days : This will be specific if your travel plans include a cruise where the port is not in your city and/or state. Ok! Are you ready!? {{{drumroll}}} please. 🥁🥁🥁🥁 You need to book a hotel room so you can be 2 steps away from the port at least 24 hours in advance! There! I said it! (It seems like alot of screaming, but trust me it’s only EMPHASIS. Please avoid delays, missed flights, and dah dah dah by planning to be in your port city just steps away, more realistically, minutes away from your port of call by booking a hotel 🏨 so you’ll be there a day before. Even if you do a late late check-in, still, be there already the day before. This is a type of plan. Necessary is an UNDERSTATEMENT. You’re Welcome 😇
