🍁Fall Foliage Update🍁: The latest I LOVE NEW YORK Fall Foliage map is out for October 18-24. I can verify autumn color is approaching peak in and around specific areas of Niagara Falls State Park today. Captured this along the Niagara River not far from the American Falls there. Have noticed significant uptick in autumn color along NYS Thruway between Rochester and Buffalo. Go out and enjoy the best Fall has to offer!

The Lake Cottage Near Ellicottville, NY was updated with a new exterior paint job in September of this year. Fall colors are currently exploding around the lake!

The Lake Cottage has received so many five star reviews. We love that our guests (new and repeat) find the time to write about their experience at our place.

This was a great cottage for myself and a few girlfriends to get away for the weekend! Super close and easy to get to Ellicottville! Place was clean and very cozy!! All the small details and amenities were wonderful!! Soaps/lotions in the bathroom! Comfortable blankets and bedding! Even the lights over the deck! Wood provided for a fire! They really thought of everything and made it easy for a bunch of moms who were getting away and didn’t want to do a ton of work!

Our hours of operation are currently:

Mon-Thu 11:30-9, Fri-Sat 11:30-10 & Sun 12-9
