Fill the holes!
As you can see, nesting sea turtles and their hatchlings (as well as shorebird chicks) can get trapped by falling into holes at the beach. But you can help by filling in empty holes… even if you didn’t make them. Umbrella holes, sandcastle moats and big sand pits gotta go. See a hole? Fill it. Sea turtles and shorebirds thank you. Renovating a home during a pandemic is not for the faint of heart. From travel delays, to extensive supply chain issues, it has taken far longer than expected to get this little beach bungalow renovated and ready for rental.
