📣🚨 Refund Policy 🚨📣

At Story VIP Campers LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality RV tech services, repairs, and diagnostics. Our goal is to ensure every service is performed efficiently and meets industry standards. Below is our refund and service guarantee policy:

🔧 Service Refunds
• No Refunds on Labor – All diagnostic and repair services are non-refundable, as time, expertise, and resources are invested in every job.
• If a repair issue persists within 30 days, we will reassess and correct the problem at no additional labor cost (excluding new issues or additional repairs required).

🛠 Parts & Equipment Refunds
• New parts installed are covered by manufacturer warranties but are non-refundable once installed.
• If a part is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will replace it per the manufacturer’s terms.

• Unused, uninstalled parts may be eligible for a return within 14 days but may be subject to a restocking fee.

.Used RV parts come with no warranty, may be replace eligible if we have another in stock or customer is willing to buy new.

🚫 Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled service appointment may be subject to a fee to cover time and scheduling costs.

• No-shows for mobile service appointments will be charged a minimum call-out fee.

⚡ Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
• If we determine that a repair cannot be completed, a partial refund may be issued, excluding diagnostic fees.(call out fee)

• If a service was misdiagnosed or does not meet expectations, we will work with the customer to find a reasonable resolution, which may include service credits or adjustments to future work.
