Safety Day 2022: In the books!

Last Friday - we hosted all of our team members onsite and spent the time focused on Safety. Safety comes first at Dotson and this event highlighted a ton of learning opportunities and had a little bit of fun mixed in!

Forklift Basketball, creating Respect in the Workplace, PPE Challenges, Incident reporting were some of the topics that had a ton of team-building activities woven in throughout the day.

Yesterday – Dotson team members spent time with 10th-grade students from the region as students explored career opportunities in the local area.

Careers in Metalcasting are hands-on and these students cast medallions out of tin and walked away knowing more about the metal casting process!

As always – it was fun sharing what we do with students exploring what their futures look like!
