Three (3) rotating weeks per year

The unit is an upper unit, Lodge 638C, with a minor view up & down the lake. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can sleep 6. It has a full kitchen. The Lodge Association is in the last year of a three year remodel that will be complete this year with new countertops and Kitchen items. We normally bring food with us including meat for the unique electric BBQ that they had purchased for us. We might eat out one or two times during the week we are there.

The grounds are spectacular with a swimming pool for each section. These are only open from about Memorial Day to just after Labor Day. There is also a clubhouse and large indoor swimming pool, whirlpool bath and exercise area. The area is great for walking and has an 18 hole miniature golf course. Lot's of water fun with rental boats, kayaks and personal watercraft.

The expense of the timeshare is a Maintenance Cost each year for your portion of the operating cost. This year the payments are $722.71 in January, May and September or $2,168.13 total.

Our three (3) weeks in 2016 are from March 26 to April 2; July 23 to 30 and November 19 to 26.
The three (3) weeks in 2017 the weeks are April 22 to 29, August 19 to 26 and December 16 to 23.
In 2018 the three (3) weeks are January 13 to 20, May 19 to 26 and September 15 to 22.

You can sell your Summer week and make about $1,200 - $1,700 or join RCI or Interval International and change to points and exchange to visit other resorts around the continental USA or anywhere in the World. We have visited in 10 states and three places in Europe and gifted a week to a resort in Hawaii.

It takes about 2 1/2 - 3 hours to drive over there from the Seattle area traveling on highway 2 over Stevens Pass through Leavenworth to Wenatchee and then North on Hwy 97 to Chelan.

We have enjoyed it for over 23 years.
