Small Town Flat is a two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath located in Downtown Marine City. The beach, restaurants, winery/brewery, candy shop & so much more. The place is fully equipped with anything you can need for a short weekend or a few week stay.

Sleeps 4. Two queen beds.
Back yard with patio & grill.
Small balcony along the street.
Fully stocked kitchen.
Coffee bar.
Work station.
Washer and dryer.
Spa located downstairs.

$130/night with a $60 cleaning fee.

We are exited for the new playground that is walkable to Small Town Flat!!

You may have noticed some changes to the Tot Lot Property at Washington/Main St.

The City was awarded $50,000 through the T-Mobile Hometown Grant program and $10,000 from the St. Clair County Community Foundation to help support the purchase of new playground equipment. We're excited to introduce a new, more accessible friendly playground area to the community soon!

We're thrilled to share some exciting news with all of you! Starting February 1, 2024, the Mariner will proudly welcome Blackbird Boutique to our lineup of fantastic shops. Blackbird Boutique is your go-to destination for home accents, unique gifts, stylish clothing, and more. We can't wait for you to explore their wonderful offerings!

We extend a warm welcome to Heather and her dedicated staff, who will be joining our vibrant Marine City community. Their presence will add even more diversity and choices to the array of incredible things our city has to offer.

As we gear up for this fantastic addition, please note that during January, we'll be focusing on the transformation of Blackbird Boutique, Mariner Mercantile, and Black Guard Reserve. Consequently, our hours may be uncertain during this period. However, rest assured, if the lights on the marquee are shining, we are open and ready to serve you!

We are excited to announce that you now can walk right downstairs to the spa while you are staying at Small Town Flat. Sounds perfect for a girls weekend to me!

And just like that, we have a new official home! We will not be returning to St. Clair plaza.
It has been a great three years there and we are BEYOND grateful for the friendships we made in St. Clair and we cannot wait to see everyone in our Marine City location.
