A Banquet House Attendant is responsible for setting meeting and event rooms, also responsible for cleaning and maintaining the function space for events. This position reports to the Banquet Mangers. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

At minimum 2 years previous in customer service experience in a fast paced guest focused operation
Exceptional communication skills, command of English language and personal confidence.
It is a physically demanding position requiring the ability to lift up to 50 Lbs. to move heavy objects such as large tables, chairs, dividing walls and buffet tables.

Buffet Attendants at the Four Seasons Hotel Boston are responsible for offering guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Anticipate and service guests needs before requests are necessary.
Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
Provide quick and attentive assistance for any mishap in the restaurant.
Explain contents and preparation of dishes to guests.
This position is available for Sundays only to service our weekly brunch service. Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of food and beverage industry experience.
