I said I wasn’t gonna do it again … and here we are 😂😂😂🫣🫣🫣

Last year was such a wild ride with Oogie Boogie Bash tickets 🎟️ I was able to get some clients their tickets, while others missed the days they wanted - OBB is a tad different in that agents don’t get a special queue or purchasing spot. And there is no commission. I ended up “stuck” with a few extra tickets left unpaid & since they’re not transferable or re-sellable, I just took myself & my brother because if I’m gonna be out the money, I’m not gonna be out the experience 😂🏰🎃

Anywaaaayyyyyyyy. I said “not this year. I can’t charge clients for something I can’t guarantee … and waiting in line for hours is my time … which is valuable … ” and yet - here we are 🤞🏼 because I know how fun this event is & how much I want my clients to have the best vacay ever & if it sounds like I’m complaining, I’m not! Cuz I’m in this line for my toughest clients - my own family 😂😂

So here we go. Sending good OBB spooky vibes to everyone trying to get tickets this week.

Ch-ch-ch-changes are a comin’ 🧞‍♂️ ———-> ⚡️

Disney Genie+ will soon be called Lightning Lane Multi Pass.

Individual Lightning Lanes will be called ⚡️Lightning Lane Single Pass.

🏰 Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests will be able to purchase Lightning Lanes SEVEN days ahead of time.

All other guests can purchase this skip-the-line option THREE days in advance.

Guests will also be able to book before paying to make sure they have the times they want, similar to the former (free) FastPass+ system.

⚡️With Lightning Lane Multi Pass, guests can make up to three selections in one day at one theme park in advance. They’ll be able to choose from various available times. On the day of their visit, they can make additional selections after they use a Lightning Lane pass.

These changes will go into effect on July 24, 2024

It’s Travel Agent Appreciation Day 👏🏼

And while I would truly be nowhere without my clients, I also have to thank my fellow travel planning rockstars at Fan of the Mouse Travel Agency, An Authorized Disney Vacation Planner ✨

Being the “new kid” over the last year could have been super intimidating but these humans cheered me on, shared their expertise, & offered support whenever I needed it. I suppose it could be the southern accents - but I think they might be some of the sweetest people I’ve gotten to meet & work with ✌🏻

Spending the last week geeking out over all-things Disney & screaming on Guardians till I lost my voice was definitely a highlight of the decade 💖

We ended our 4 Park Challenge at Magic Kingdom - and splurged on the fireworks post party 🎆🎇

What a way to shut the park down! But whew was I tired … so tired I set today’s alarm for PM instead of AM 🥱

Y’all the Walt Disney World Resort is next level. I’m so excited for another day in the parks but already crying inside knowing my trip is almost over. Leaving the Disney bubble is gonna be rough 😭
